My training started with Telefriend in 1992, where I trained as a telephone counsellor. I have undertaken Intern Training with Human Awareness Australia and has supported thousands of participants of personal growth workshops since 1991.

I am trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist at the Academy of Applied Hypnosis. My extensive training includes Hypnotherapy, Gestalt Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Dream Therapy, Psychology & Counselling, Self Hypnosis and Regression.

I have attended a large number of personal growth workshops including Hoffman Quadrinity Process, Forum, Love Intimacy & Sexuality Workshops, Anger Workshops, Creating Relationships, Creative Visualisations, Logic of the Psychic. I have led Pathways To Intimacy, Beyond Addictions, Anger workshops and support groups.

I have a great passion improving people’s lives as I am a strong believer of the potential each one of us has.  I am amazed, time and time again, how support, caring, counselling and therapy change people's lives.  I am committed to bringing forth the desired behaviours, outcomes, changes, improvements working with the client in a mutually respectful environment.
